I’ll take all the things we talked about and draft it into a custom quote. There will never be any unexpected charges unless explicitly discussed between you and I.
2
I’ll ask you a little bit about your plans thus far and your dreamiest wishes for your wedding day photography—and get you know you and your sweetie a little bit more.

Once you are happy with our agreement, we will all sign our autographs and retain copies for the record. Your date will be locked in and you’ll be able to cross ‘book photographer’ off your wedding to-do list!

From there, you can consider our lines of communication open. Got questions, want recommendations, or need words of encouragement (I get it, planning is lot)? Email or text me 24/7 and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Following the wedding day, you can expect a sneak peak of around 30 images within one week and the full gallery delivered between 6-8 weeks (but it’s usually much faster as long as it’s not peak season).

Every. single. one. And I love it! Seriously, every human being on the planet is different from the next and we should celebrate that. I consider myself to be neurodivergent and so, while being a little bit of an introvert, I do love meeting and working with new people and learning about them, their lives, and their loved ones. If you have any questions about your needs and what you can expect when working with me, I would love to hop on the phone with you for a consultation.

While there is no way to know exactly how many photos will end up in your gallery, you can expect a minimum of 50-75 images per hour of photography coverage. But honestly, I almost always end up exceeding that number!

I got those too. And I am a ginormous advocate for putting at least some of your wedding images into a physical format. Digital is fab but there’s something about flipping through the pages of an album or gazing at a fine art print on the wall that is simply second to none. Your gallery will be fully downloadable for you and whomever you decide to the share it with. There is an option to print directly from the gallery but otherwise, your photos are yours to print as you please from whatever service you please.
And as far as wedding albums, I absolutely love designing them and would be thrilled to draft a design and quote for you upon request.

Don't worry! I totally understand that the second a camera is on you, we all start second guessing even our most basic of movements. My best piece of advice is to take a deep breath and allow your body to completely relax. You aren't on a photo shoot with a ton of awkward posed photos, you are out for a walk with your new photographer friend Katie who is here to make the your experience not only enjoyable but fun too. Plus, a large portion of my photos are candid so there won’t be too much to stress about.

With enthusiasm! I’ve been had the travel bug since I was a little kid and would love to come capture you and your love wherever you are.

Your Questions, Answered
My husband and I chose Katie because we wanted "real" unposed photos that captured our wedding perfectly, and she delivered just that. Katie captured our family, friends, and ourselves in such an intimate, authentic way, and we are so in love with the memories she captured. From the getting ready at the venue to the reception, she was my favorite part of the wedding, and our guests/family still talk about how fun, kind, and amazing she was for our big day.
